I used to have an Evo on Sprint, but recently switched to CREDO Mobile and got the Galaxy S2. CREDO uses Sprint phones and piggybacks on the Sprint network, so theoretically there should be no real difference, but I've noticed my data and GPS signals are a lot worse now. Other than this rather deal-killer problem, I really like the S2. My signal was always pretty bad on Sprint anyway, and ATT is much better in my town, so I'm considering canceling my plan before my 30 day trial is up and just switching to ATT and getting their version of the S2.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm sure others live in areas where Sprint is way worse than ATT. I'm curious if I would notice much improvement or if this is possibly a problem with the S2 generally (since my signal was at least better, if not great, when I had my Evo). I used to be on ATT with an iPhone 3g and I could get data and GPS in the elevator shaft of a parking garage, so in a perfect world I could switch back to ATT and get their S2 and have that kind of signal back in my life.
