Help Attachment saved to internal memory - but where?

I had some pictures sent to me as an attachment. I clicked on them and after a couple of steps got the message "saved to internal memory". That's what I wanted (I think) -- but I can't find the pictures. Where in the file system have they been stashed?

You can find them in a download folder/album in your Gallery. Or in the download folder in the Files app.
