ATV1000-MAPLINS-*stop before updating **

Hi
Can some one please help and i'm sorry if there has already been a thread for this, just cant find anything.
I've got the ATV1000 from Maplins (Uk Store), it worked great but was told to *update* "A80KW_SP1_Update" via there Website, now YOUTUBE does not work
can anyone please tell me what are the late updates, or can i role back the updates ?...
any other info on the devices is greatly appreciated

I got the android media player from maplins and managed to get the latest update20120111 update on it.

you need to update the SPI boot loader and recovery side of things too.

check out this link and post 641... check what boot loader version you have already...

Hiya,

Also got one of these Maplin A80KW's which I understand are the ATV1000.

WIFI drops out after 20mins use and won't reconnect.

Is this likely to be fixed by f/w upgrade or is it going to be h/w based and therefore need returning.

It was a refurb unit, so I may have got a pup I guess.
