This is more of a hardware question, so If I'm in the wrong place I apologize.
Is there any way to over-modulate the power amplifier circuit via software in Android?
All the most recent phones I've seen have very weak audio output. The fidelity is fine but not enough power? It seems to be a common issue with just about all the phones AND computers I've owned in the past 3 years. Idk if this is just weak audio IC or a limiter written in the OS; but I've heard of software hacks that can over volt the DAC/ power amp IC and make the speakers louder.
Can this be done, and how?
