Audio description android box

Hi im new to android tv i have a cyclone android x4 box and a ott tv box and i seem to be having the same problem with both.
I have kodi on both devices and when i try and watch a sky tv program (sky one, sky 2, sky atlantic) it starts to use audio description. It is deffinalty not the tv i have checked someone please help!

You ONLY have this issue when watching SKY TV channels? BBC and others work OK?

There are multiple sources where you can find Sky TV channels.
Have you tried them?
