Audio Failure

I am unable to hear the receiver. i am able to hear if i witch on Speaker. can you pls help me with reason

Can you give us a little more info please, you'll either need to create an account or ask the question again, referencing this thread.

What model is your phone? What about using headphones, do they work ok?

If you can hear stuff from the speaker and headphones, it points to a hardware problem most likely. You could try a factory reset and if the issue persists, you'd probably need to contact the device manufacturer to get it repaired, sorry!
