Audio files from Android tablet to USB-player

If I copy any mp3 format file from Android tablet (Asus Transformer tablet TF300TG) to my usb player (Philips GoGear), the player cannot play the file saying File Format not Supported. If i connect the same player to Windows PC, copy the file to the PC, delete the file from player and copy it back to the player from Windows, it
