Audio not synced with video on Droid

I use HandBrake to encode to mp4. The videos run great on Apple devices and standard desktop. On my Droid, the audio is out of sync with the video. I've tried every settings in HandBrake but still no luck.

Any one know why this could be happening?
 
Are you by chance running a GB ROM? This would happen on my Droid, video and audio was in sync when I went back to a Froyo ROM.
