Audio not working

Hello I have had this problem recently with my Galaxy Note 2, I usually have been adding songs via a YouTube to mp3 downloader, then transferring files over. Now though these files will still transfer, but when playing them the audio seems messed up sort of scratching or skipping and sometimes fast forwarding. When I use a downloader right from my phone, those audio files work as well as when I try the ones downloaded from my computer on my computer, there are no issues. Just wondering how this could be fixed. Thanks in advance.

Welcome. I'm sorry nobody has gotten back to you sooner. I suspect that, like myself, nobody here feels confident answering this question.

On a second look, however, I think I know what's going on. It sounds like there are different quality settings being used and the player you are using doesn't love it. You should experiment with different downloaders, converters, and players.
