Help Audio sent to speaker when phone call comes in (Bluetooth related)

Hi all,

I am dealing with quite an annoying issue where whenever I'm listening to music or a podcast on my bluetooth headphones, the audio is sent to my speaker when a phone call comes in. It's quite embarassing when I'm at work and out of nowhere, vulgar music or conversation comes blasting out of my speaker without warning. I still hear the standard bluetooth incoming call ringtone in my earbud, but the audio that was playing is not silenced/paused and instead is resuming play out of the phone's speaker. This never happened with my HTC Incredible 2 and I'm wondering if its an exlusive issue to the Razr Maxx HD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am just wondering ... did you try running in Safe Mode (disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them)? If it stops then it was caused by an app you added.

I have not tried this yet. I will let you know how it works out.

Ok so I tried this in Safe mode and the audio still sent to my speaker. It happens with more than one application, regardless of whether I am in safe mode or not. Does anyone else have this issue?

What you just learned is that it was not caused by an app that you added.

I don't know if that's good or bad haha. Any ideas on what could be causing that? Do you think I should contact Motorola tech support about it?
