Authentication error connecting to OTT TV BOX 4X

While the box reports an authentication error, it provides no details and gives no hints as to possible causes. This while all my other wireless devices (phones, tablets, laptops) connect perfectly upon entry of the same data. What can I try next?

wrong password ? i had the same issue when using a mini keyboard or arimouse, since when i type on those device they may some times double tap a character or etc. just didn't work perfect

If it happen, i will open a browser or text editor to type the password and copy it wifi password

1.try to connet to the other one WIFI,it's to checking the box can work or not.

2.If the password is right,and the box also can't to working,might you need to upgrade the software.
