Here recently I've been getting ads on my phone whenever I open my apps, it's only been for auto boost so far but has become annoying because it opens in multiple windows at once that I have to close before I can continue. Any ideas how I could fix this? I've tried clearing my cache, deleting apps, and restarting my phone but nothing seems to work. I dont want to factory reset it unless I have to...please help *screenshots attached*

Auto boost ads? How do i get rid of them?

Use an ad blocker such as Adguard, Blockada, no root firewall, etc....
Looks like ads from some "free" app you're using. Many third-party apps are monetized with ads. See about using an ad blocker. Sometimes devs offer paid versions of their apps, that don't have ads.
