Hi. Yep... it's often from left field lol. Welcome to Android Forums. With my HTC phone, you go into settings>Language and Keyboard>Spelling Correction. It varies from one phone to another but it should be in some similar spot. For specific help you will want to drop into your phone's area of discussion. Just open this link and then locate your phone. Give it a click.. read.. and if you can't find your answer, just ask. I hope this helps.
