Auto Rotate Slightly Off

Just curious if anyone has this issue. i bought a "new other" 6P on Ebay that on the exterior really looked brand new.

One issue I have is a small percentage of the time, i open up and app and opens in the wrong direction. Might happen once every two days. Not always the same app.

I'm still in my 30 day return window. Other than that, phone is perfect. Does this happen to anyone else?

It happens to me once in a while. Then the app rotates back to the proper orientation. I can't say how often it happens, but not enough to really annoy me.
