auto s/d and restart looping

My mobile sony ericcsion model wt19i loaded wirh android version4.0.4. suddenly it has started mis behaving of looping auito shutdown and resarting. If i remove sim . it is stable but with sim it misbehaves. can any body guide me to resolve this prob
