Help Automates text message

Hi Guys, I want to know if there is a way to set up and automated text message for when people do not answer their phone.

(e.g I call someone, they do not answer, my phone sends them a generic message explaining that I tried to call)

Have you tried voicemail? (That was sarcasm, sorry.)
