Automatic pick up phone

Hi,
I'm looking for an app that allows me to do this:

1. When receive a call, phone automatically pick up phone
2. Then the app should give a message to the caller (previously recorded by me)
3. While all this happens, the phone is ringing or similar to alert me to pick up it
4. When I pick up, the message should be stoped inmediatly and I can talk with the caller

This is more or less what I need. If there is something similar, it's also ok...
