Help automatic sms sending to 9971234637

my phone keeps on sending a message to 9971234637 evryday, ehich in turn deducts Rs 1.50 per message..the message doesntshow on the message list but the deduction shows, my celllephone operator says that its my phone which is sending an automatic message.. its huawei Y300-0100.. PLEASE HELP

I suggest you run 360 Security and/or CM security (free apps from playstore) to try and find the malware doing this. It may be an app you have installed.

thank you, i did a factory reset , followed by downloading the security software and its working.. i hope, it continues working good..
