When my wife telephones me after one ring it goes to vm. No other calls do. Her telephone number in not in blacklist, blocked, etc. Any ideas?

I'm looking in phone settings for something that may cause that, but don't see anything. Do you have do not disturb set up and possibly excluded her from priority contacts?

I have Do not disturb but just at nights. The vm problem occurs at any time during the day.
