Apps AVD neverending booting

Hello, I've downloaded Eclipse Classic 3.5 Galileo, the last version of Android SDK, downloaded and installed Eclipse Android 1.6 platform. I've created first (and the only) AVD with Android 1.6 and the default skin.
Then I've started the created AVD, but it was still booting aproximately 60 minutes after run... and nothing was happening in LogCat...

I was asking in other forums, but didn't get the answer... I hope local comunity can help me...

As you can see, my new AVD has started in 16:17 and was still loading in 17:35... The emulator was looking like this:

As I recieved some advices on other forums, I've tried to completely reinstall the whole Eclipse, JDK, ADT plug-in for Eclipse and the Android 1.6 platform also. It doesn't helped.
I've also tried to create and run the AVD via Command Line, in the place of the AVD Manager in Eclipse, it doesn't help either...

I'm running on Windows Vista Home Edition.

Could you help me please?

Sorry, got cut off there...

I've always been able to fix it by closing the emulator and restarting it. I didn't have to re-install eclipse or anything. For me it still happens about once every 5 or so starts.
