Avi files crash after 3 seconds

Hi guys,

When I try to watch Avi files from a USB stick on my 10g2 they crash after playing only the first 3 seconds using both the default video player and also using Mx player.

Why is this and what can I do to stop this? It's really annoying not being able to playback on it.

In case anyone else has this issue too, I would recommend downloading the VLC player beta app as it works brilliantly where the default app and mx player fail.
