Avira antivir not blocking barred numbers

Hi folks, don't know if anyone can shed any light on this but a number I barred yesterday off a marketing comp has just phoned me again today off the very same number.

I'm using the avira free AV app which has been OK or so I thought but if call bar doesn't work its useless, any clues please?

Install a good call blocker app. I use Advanced Call Blocker.

Thanks I'll take a look at that, I've been thinking of ditching the AV anyway .....
