Avoid "Share With" accessing your contact list

Lurker
I have a new Android phone packed with the version 7.1.1.
The first time I wanted to share a photo pressing the button Share With, the available Apps to share the photo were shown.
A pop-up asked me if I wanted to give permission to access the contacts.
I gave the permission and now apart from the Apps, the most frequent contacts to Share With are shown.
I am looking for a way to turn the Share With contacts option off.
I have searched for a "Share With" app in the apps menu in order to deny the permission but I haven't found it.

TL;DR I want to remove the upper part of the Share With that allows me to share directly with a Contact.

Goto Settings >> Apps >> Gear icon (conifgure apps) >> App permissions >> Contacts >> Show System and deny permission for any app that you don't use. Yes, even those system apps... Because if you really need them later, you can turn them on... You should be left with only the calling, texting and mail apps (and calendar, if you need that) turned on... Turn the rest off...

Goto Settings | Apps | whatever gallery app you are using (Google Photos for me). Under the permissions setting there you can remove the Contacts permission.
I have done that, also I had to log out of my account in Google Photos in order to avoid showing contacts, however in Google Chrome, WhatsApp and Telegram that doesn't work.
