B-Folders, SecForms: Who are JointLogic and Elaxys?

I recently switched phones to a Nexus One, and was looking for an eWallet kind of application. B-Folders and SecForms both look promising, but I'd like to know more about both companies and their products, track records, technology, etc., before entrusting sensitive information to their software.

Both company websites are pretty minimal, and there's no corporate/company information, no contact numbers and addresses.

Anyone worked with these companies? Any idea who they are?

I've been trying out B-Folders, and although I can't answer your question I can say they have been incredibly helpful and responsive to a sync issue I had. The app does not seem to reside on the internet (as, say, Dropbox does) - only my phone and my desktop - so I don't think there's any issue with security. They also tell you your password is completely irretrievable.
Alas, I am not a programmer, so you can't hold me to that in court.
