B&O Play H3 Earphones Free w/ Purchase of V20

Most people know that LG is giving away a pair of B&O H3 earphones (normally $150) with the purchase of a new V20. This promotion appears to be in conjunction with all the major US carriers.

Choose your carrier and be sure to check out the terms and conditions (http://www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/...phones_GWP_Promotion_terms_and_conditions.pdf) and make sure to follow the submission rules to get your earphones. For Verizon, LG will start accepting submissions on 10/26. Other carriers may have different dates.
To clear up some confusion I've seen elsewhere, this promotion is through LG, not any carrier.
 
I registered yesterday and had no issue..I think everyone that has the phone is catching on to this promo.
 
I had problems registering on Wednesday, and after three failed attempts broke down and called them. They suggested I use a different browser or wait until Friday. I had been using Chrome, and when I switched to Firefox, everything went through on the first try.

Hopefully, you've already broken through, but if not, you could try a new browser.
 
lol - so took pics with the V20 - didn't think about settings etc.

pick of box was 6mb, pic of receipt was 9 mb. this was probably 1/2 of my issue today.

the other half - I was trying at work and was probably being stonewalled on our end for tying to upload files to an unknown server.

at home cut down the pic sizes - re-formated. and home using linux/chrome - took the first time.
 
Is anybody else getting a refusal to submit the form?? I bought the V20 Oct 28 at AT&T store. Tried registering for the earphones the same day, and again today. I get this every time:

We are sorry, but we are unable to process your submission because your form had missing or incorrect information - noted in RED.

IMEI/MEID Number: The serial number provided is not valid for this promotion.​

The "information noted in RED" is the IMEI, which I read directly from the phone as well as from the box.

Make sure you didn't use dashes between your IMEI number ..I did that the first time and received the same message ..I typed them without the dashes and was fine..type the IMEI as one long number ..see if that helps ?

I tried the IMEI both with and without dashes, on both the phone and my laptop, Firefox and Chrome. I'm going to email LG special offer support to see what they say.

Note for anyone else looking: Maybe it's a timing issue?? I just tried again, and this time it was accepted. Maybe it takes a business day for the purchase to get into LG's system?? My number is over 25000, so the phones will probably arrive as a surprise Christmas present... :)
 
I had a hard time registering and chalked it up to the site overload.


I read my number off the picture I took of the box that I also had to provide. Nothing back in e-mail yet though.

sadly.
 
I checked mine as well..it said "not shipped" then I read the small print and it said 4 to 6 wks to receive them..I can wait for that for free! [emoji1474]
 
same here but I got an e-mail stating it was received and in review.

Thought I would get another e-mail update. meh
 
Sent in my earbuds promotion on 10/26 got an email yesterday on 10/31 that said it has been successfully validated & you will receive an email when they ship allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
 
Just received my approval email for the B&O earplugs ..they are on the way in a month ..but they are coming !
 
I'm having all sorts of problems registering - I can't get the images to upload (I keep getting an http 550 error messages). Have tried on my desktop from both chrome and edge, and .... neither will work. Suggestions?
 
I registered on the 26th also and was told the same thing and here it is the 6th of November and they still haven't been shipped. Looks like they are not in any hurry to either.

Yeah, no shipping notice yet. My claim has been verified, but I'm still waiting to hear that they've been sent.
