B1-710 Music icon missing

The music icon is missing from my device all of the sudden and when I try to play an MP3 from the SD card is says "The file format is not supported". Does anyone know what could have happened or how to get it so I can play MP3 again? The speaker is not broken because Youtube still has sound as well as a streaming radio station.
 
MP3 is not supported. Music and video player missing from apps. How do I fix this? I cant be the only one with one of these useless piece of shit tabs
