Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy 7.0 it keeps asking me to force close certain programs such as facebook, twitter and other applications. I have tried to factory reset and after finally learning how. It took threee times to learn how too. It is not reset and I still keep getting the force close messages. I also manually uninstalled all programs that were not factory applications and they did not uninstall. How do I wipe this clean and why is it not uninstalling anything.
