I have a s5 and it got a little bit of pop on the back button now it's hard to press, was told to drop some rubbing alcohol on it but idk. Any other suggestions?

I doubt that ISO will be of any help as it did not get wet.
From your description, it got a physical dent in the cover glass.
There are repair services that can replace it for you, the last time I called on my niece's phone it was $210 to do that.
use Google to find cell phone repair service, Radio Shack in some stores does that kind of thing.
Too bad the warranty does not cover physical damage.
"Way out there repair":
IF, and this is a big IF, you can get access to a vacuum pump and hose with a rubber nipple on the end of the hose, a nipple with about a 3/8" inner hole.
Place the nipple over the dent, pull a vacuum on it as hard as the vacuum pump can do. It will pull that dimple back out of the glass.
Was able to do that once before on soft aluminum.
