My Sony Ericsson P1i was stolen a few months ago and I replaced it with a BlackBerry Curve 8900. Since I was due for an a new subsidised phone at the end of this year I look around a lot and decided on the HTC Hero.
I actually built a prototype UI for and Android application earlier in the year but never had an oppurtunity to use an actual device.
It has been 3 days now and I am still getting used to the input mechanism. Sending an SMS in Afrikaans is virtually impossible. So my family is frowning on all the messages in English.
