Back up assistant Error code 5.. WTF?

What is up with the back up sync failing everyday and I can't find any answers on whyyyy it is doing this. I saw a couple of Verizon employees try to help a couple people by clearing the data stored in the back up assist. Did not work for me or anyone else it seems.... I have a Samsung Stratosphere, and others experiencing this seem to have the Samsung CHARGE.
