Back up contacts and sms from Moto X to computer?

There is no much information on Moto X subforum and that's why I am asking here. There are currently 600+ contacts on my phone coz i use it as an working phone. It's a very import asset for me so i need to keep them in a safe place. The first thin i can think up is to export them to a computer for a backup.

Does anyone know how to do that?

P.S. It seems easy to do it with contacts(Gmail), the question is that Gmail is blocked here, lol

Gmail is blocked, are you here in China or something? It should have an option to export all your contacts as a standard VCF database file, which you can copy to your PC, then you can re-import it into another phone if needed, no need to be online. How you do it exactly on a Moto X, don't really know, but it should be in the contacts app somewhere.
