Greetings,
I just bought two phones for my fellow work employees , and I set one up completely, which probably took me five hours do some unusual difficulties. (Moto g5, Android 7)
My plan was to have backup on at all time, and when I was complete I would turn on the second phone and everything possible would be set up automatically .
Various articles I read said that my backup would be stored on my Google account drive. So I have checked there and there's nothing backed up there but a warning message to turn "Backup on in settings" I click on the hyperlink which takes me to the backup page, and everything is turned on !
Can anyone suggest what is wrong or how to make thistransfer happen. This device does not come with NFC as a capacity.
Thank you for your time and patience,
Rollo
