backbreaker football not showing in market?

so apprently there is this great new game called backbreaker football on the android market. However, for some reason it does not show up in my market, or with a search. It IS showing up for other people. The best i can figure is that these people have motodroids, and i have the incredilble. Would this make a difference? they are both on 2.1.

so, i was hoping we could do a little test to show that i am indeed not crazy, as i am now thinking i am. Someone else with an incredible and someone with a droid doing a search and posting if they find it?!

some phones are copy protected by Google.
i am not sure, but this might be the reason why you can't see.
