Background programs ?

Anyone know how to prevent bacground programs runnig when i done using it. Is eating up my battery and data please advise ?.? Also when using wifi do I habe to turn off data to prevent data being used ??

Try restarting instead of that light tap to turn it off. Restarts Are Our Friends!

You shouldn't. The only problem might be if you have your phone set to switch to mobile data id the WiFi signal is weak. Check to see if under settings>networks>WiFi (tap menu) >advanced WiFi if you have it switch to mobile data when the internet isn't available on WiFi (aka weak signal)
