Background running app opens when screen rotates

I am developing an android application. if I keep the developing app in the background and when opens another application it is working fine but when the screen rotates(for eg: youtube video full screen) my background developing application suddenly opens. can anyone help to fix this issue programmatically?

Talk to @ocnbrze - if there is anyone to help you, it'd be he. He's also one of the better traffic cops here; if AF can't help you, he'll tell you to go to XDA Developers. In the end of all things, a smartphone with root and applications from Github or F-Droid is a very good, and PRIVATE thing.
