Root Backing up....Clockwork or titanium?

I read some other threads, but i would like some clarification from the Ace experts here.

I have CM 7.2 stable on my Ace, with a few days worth of installing apps and getting it how i want it.

Now, I am thinking about trying Apocalypse. So, i want to backup my phone. Should I use Clockwork or Titanium? Will it backup settings, apps, user data, and the rom itself? Just worried about going back to CM if i have problems.

Backup apps through TB and rom through CWM.

Always do them both, the nandroid backup will help you incase you run into bootloops, and TB will help you transfer apps over to new roms.
