Backing up Docs To Go files?

I have several files on DTG that I would like to backup. I know that I can do this by emailing the documents to myself, however this is time consuming because it looks as though I have to attach each file individually. Is there an easier way to backup my files?
 
If your phone is rooted your could use Titanium Backup. Or I suspect that any decent backup app would do this.
Also, assuming that all of the docs are in the same directory on your SD card (or that you know where they are), you could simply mount the phone to your PC and copy that directory to your PC's hard drive.

Edit: BTW, if you haven't ever made a full copy of your SD card to your PC, now would be a good time to start. :)
