backing up droid with broken screen

So basically my screen is broken on my droid and it goes into seizure mode every time i unlock the screen.

I'm wondering if there is any computer based program in which i can back up the contents of my droid, application data and all, without being able to use my screen?

You might be able to do this through adb shell.

Lookup the android sdk and adb
