I'm trying to help my fiancé, she has a Galaxy s4 like I do. She loves playing Frozen Free Fall, but it has been crashing constantly. Sometimes it says the "unfortunately ... has stopped" message, but usually it just crashes with no message. What I would love help with is how can I backup her game data for the one app? I do *not* want to backup the entire phone, just the one game. After saving her game data I want to try "clear cache" and "Clear data" to see if it helps the crashing. On top of the backing up question, any other thoughts on on stopping it from crashing other than clearing cache and clearing data? I might uninstall / reinstall as a last resort if I backup the data successfully
