Backing up, or down?

Hello,
I was wondering with all the backup apps that are available which seems to be the best?
I looked at MyBackup Pro but I noticed that a few comments said that when backing up the contacts the app only backed up 1 # per contact.
I have multiple #'s on some contacts.

What say you, are there other good backup apps?

MyBackup Pro backups up all contacts information
the viewer however shows only the main number
