Root backing up stock rom (maybe work )

First of all i am not sure whether the backup is working or not
so all those running stock rom please try to help me this time

follow these steps {these are in chinese just do what i say
download the file
update.zip - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download

place the file in your external sd card card

now power off the phone
turn the phone on while holding volume up button keep holding the button until the screen turns red do not leave it on green
the phone will boot into recovery mode
apply sd:card update.zip

after success (if achived )
remove battery and again boot into recovery mode by pressing volume up and power on till screen turns red
the screen will go like this

now select 6 one 备份与恢复 (lol)(below the sd one)
press power button 4-5(approx i have english recovery) times till the backup start you can see data getting processed in chinese
now after that remove battery
start the phone
in file browser their will be folder called clockword just compress and upload


do not forget to say thanks if this worked

I Tried and it worked bt can u provide me an english language recovery zip of CWM Recovery V.4.0.1.5
