BackingUP App with Astro

So I have some apps im trying to backup on my SDCard, I have Astro but I cant seem to find where the apps are stored? Can anyone possibily direct me to where they are so that I can back them up to my SDCard?

ASTRO has a backup utility built into it. No need to do it manually.
Open ASTRO > Press the Menu button > Tools > Application Manager/Backup
Check the ones you want to backup (why not ALL?), then tap Backup.
The files get stored at /sdcard/backups/apps

theres that option, just what i was looking for, thanks....and just so i know, how do i reinstall the app after i back it up down the road?...


...nevermind, just noticed the whole {BACKED UP APPS} tab with install button LOL
