Help Backup and restore application not found in optimus hub?

I would like to take back up of my contacts, sms, bookmarks, applications, and settings. previously i had used Sony Ericsson X10 mini pro, so i had backup all the contents. but in my optimus hub i couldnt find the "Backup and Restore" application.

Help me out from this. I want the same application ie (Backup and Restore) to be installed in my optimus hub.
