You might want to rephrase and resubmit your question. I am unclear if you are wanting to copy data/files from your phone SD card to your computer, if you are wanting to copy app data, or if you are wanting to back everything up.
If just file movement you should be able to connect your phone to your PC via USB cable. You might have to ensure you have the correct phone drives which you should be able to obtain from the manufacturers website.
Another option is to look at a google app that can achive what you are wanting. If you are not rooted you might look at Helium. Other options are My Backup or titanium backup.
