You've deleted all your photos and you're looking to restore them?
If yes, did you have Google Photos installed? That may have backed them up automatically. Check here - https://photos.google.com/

If they were on a removable SD card then remove it from the phone (to prevent overwriting), use a usb microsd reader to plug the card into a computer and run some file recovery software.
If they were on internal storage your best hope is that you do have a backup, as described in the previous post.
