Backup options (other than Samsung Backup)

Samsung has announced that in February they will no longer backup third party apps or their data in the cloud. That would be OK if they would back up to the SD card like LG but they don't. Anyone have a good solution without rooting, which I will not do anymore?

You could enable Google's backup (which works for a lot of stuff, but not everything), or try Helium (app data backup from the Play Store, can work without root, gets most things).

Try an app called FolderSync. Works brilliantly.

I uninstalled FolderSync. All I got was ERROR but it never told me what the error was. And the ads! OMG the ads!
