Help Backup Restore EVERYTHING

Hi guys,
I started using this phone 6 months back with 120 mb internal memory. today, without installing any app in internal memory accept for GO Launcher I've only 30 mb. I know its a much talked issue here. I'm thinking of deleting everything from my phone so that I can start again with 120 mb internal memory. Now, can anyone give me a full tutorial of backing up:
a) contacts (with contacts sychronized from my facebook aand live mail account)
b) SMS
c) Settings
d) Applications(buying Titanium backup is not possible here).

I know I'm asking a lot. You can also provide the links where I can find them. Please pardon me if its a repeated post.

Go to the android market
Search for titanium backup
Download and install the app
run the app
press the menu button
click on batch
you'll see backup options
you can select to backup all system files.
there would be a checklist...select the things you want....
i suggest backup all system files.
then you can restore all settings and contacts included the joint contacts of fb and live mail accounts.

Thanks for ur effort. I'm trying Tibu. but my phone is not rooted, and I dont want to root it. will Tibu work?if not then is there any second option?

I doubt you can backup without rooting.
root your phone, it makes no difference as such..
and its a real easy process i tell you.

What do you mean by manage?

You can use root explorer app to view contents of internal memory. But, don't move the files here and there if you are not sure about what you are doing.

Here are some articles for you to go through if you are facing low internal memory problem.
How to install app to sd-card or secondary memory?

:)

By managing I meant how to keep sufficient space in internal memory.

Anyway thanks for your link.

This is something. I had just over 18mb of internal storage. Recently I upgraded my mini to android 2.3.4 and now I have over 50mb of storage. Maybe you should consider upgrading your firmware to gingerbread. Also you can try app2sd from the android market to move all possible apps to sd card.
