The app is com.wssnps. I have to watch my data usage closely. This app seems to run most of the time and it uses data even when WiFi is on.
All I can find is it was installed May 2016 and a com.samsung.... app runs along with the app.
I can't open the Samsung app that is the launch of the app that runs nonstop.
I've disabled both apps, had to do Force Stop on both. Of course they start up again in no time.
If indeed it's doing a backup, what good is it if the user cannot access the data that's backed up?
My phone is not rooted (S6) and I won't root it til warranty is over
Any ideas?
