i got my evo back in oct. i bought the app in nov. and never looked at it again until last night when my htc evo android randomly decided to delete ALL my text messages!
i did the restart and all and my texts didn't come back =[
then i used my app, i hit the restore link on the app but it only restored texts messages up to 9 days before i bought the app...?
so i bought it on 11/25. but it only restored texts up until 11/16.
i looked on my gmail account for the texts, and they're all on there up until my last texts.
so what i'm doing wrong?
what should i do so that i can restore all my texts.
and on the app it asks me how my texts i want to restore and i have it on the "all" option fyi.
so yeah please help?
