Root Backupassistanceclient.apk

Hi im new to this i rooted my phone awhile ago and accidently deleted backupassistanceclient.apk and then restored my phone to factory settings and now i have a blank home screen i did not create a backup and i know how to install the app

Can anyone help me locate the backupassistanceclient.apk everyone i have found so far is corrupted or has other problems
